| Mark A. Huesmann |
Mark A. Huesmann received his
Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1991. He graduated with a Juris Doctorate
degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law in
1994. Mark has been a member of the United States Army Reserves
since 1986 and currently holds the rank of lieutenant colonel.
Mark has been active in the community through his past
involvement as a board member of the La Crosse County Historical
Society, past president of the Holmen Area Foundation, and two
elected terms on the Holmen Area School District Board of
Education (2002-2008). He is currently the fund raising chair
for the Holmen Area Partnership for Youth. Mark also teaches
Business Law, as an adjunct professor, at the University of
Wisconsin-La Crosse and formerly at Viterbo University. He
serves as a La Crosse County Court Commissioner for Branch III.
Attorney Huesmann's practice areas include bankruptcy, personal
injury, divorce, family law, civil litigation, real estate,
criminal defense, guardianships, and wills and estate planning.
Attorney Huesmann is licensed in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.

| Sonja Davig Huesmann |
Sonja Davig Huesmann
Sonja Davig Huesmann received her Bachelor of Arts degree from
St. Olaf College in 1991. She graduated with a Juris Doctorate
degree from the Hamline University School of Law in 1994. During
law school, Sonja distinguished herself by receiving the
American Jurisprudence Award in International Law and through
publication of a peer reviewed article in the Hamline Journal of
Public Law and Policy. Sonja has demonstrated extensive
commitment to the community through her involvement with the
Holmen Area Partnership for Youth, Holmen Lutheran Church and
serves on the Policy Committee for the Holmen School Board. She
has also been an active and sponsoring member of the Big
Brothers/Big Sisters organization and past president and current
board member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater La Crosse.
Attorney Davig Huesmann's practice areas include divorce, family
law, probate, disability claims, personal injury, civil
litigation, wills and estate planning.

Balsiger |
Erin N. Balsiger received her Bachelor of
Business Administration degree from the University of
Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2003. In 2005, she earned a graduate
certificate in Dispute Resolution from Marquette University. She
graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from New England School
of Law in 2008. Erin was an intern for the Trial Division of the
Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General. Additionally, she
mediated employment discrimination claims for the United States
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She has completed
professional certifications in negotiation and conflict
resolution from Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation.
Erin is active in the community, donating time as a volunteer
lawyer for Legal Action of Wisconsin, Inc., and a volunteer
mediator for the Coulee Region’s YWCA Mediation and Restorative
Services (MARS) program facilitating victim/offender mediations.
Attorney Balsiger’s practice areas include divorce, family law,
guardianships, civil litigation, mediation and alternative
dispute resolution, business law, real estate, personal injury,
criminal defense, probate, wills and estate planning.
